SQAtester.com Contest Rules
The following rules apply to all contests directly sponsored by SQAtester.com. Promotion end dates shown on each
contest begins at 12:00 AM EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on the appropriate dates. Any entries received after the
close of the contest will be carried forward to the next contest period, if any. The winner of the contest will
be contacted through e-mail. SQAtester.com is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures
of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions,
lost, late, damaged, or ineligible. No information gathered through any contest will ever be sold or given to any
other individual. By entering a contest sponsored by SQAtester.com, all entrants agree with Terms provided by SQAtester.com
NOTIFICATIONS
Winner will be notified by e-mail within 30 days of the drawing and will be required to respond with requested
information by e-mail within 14 days of date of notification attempt or an alternate winners will be person who
sellected in the drowing. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be
awarded to an alternate winner/s. No substitutions of prizes is permitted except by SQAtester.com as may be necessary
due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes will be awarded
within approximately 30 days of receipt of mailing information. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused
or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release SQAtester.com from any such liability. Acceptance
of prize constitutes permission to use winners' name, city, state, likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion
and publicity without additional compensation.
ELIGIBILITY
SQAtester.com contests are open to legal residents, 18 years of age or older. In the event contest is compromised
in any way that is beyond the control of SQAtester.com, the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the contest
and award the prize among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.
TERMS
Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of SQAtester.com, whose decisions are final.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from any sweepstakes promotion. SQAtester.com
reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors, any person it believes
has intentionally violated these rules.
